Terms of service.

• The quotes in most cases are accurate, in some cases no price is final until first inspection on the first visit. Due to the size of the yard and difficulty access areas.

• Customers who choose to pause the service will be able to pause service at any time. If the account has been paused for more than 6 months, we will remove you from the system. There are no fees for pausing. You will only be billed for the services that are complete. Please let us know 48 hours before hand for scheduling, you can access this in the customer portal.

• Payments for re-occurring services are due on the first day of the month prior to receiving services. If the payment is late you will be subject to a $10 late fee.

• If the payment is not received before the first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.

• The monthly fee is base on the 52 week calendar and averaged out over 12 months. For the months with 5 week instead of 4, you will not be charged for the extra visit as it is built into the monthly pricing.

• When first linking a debit/credit card to your online portal a test transaction for $1.50 will occur. The $1.50 is not going to be taken out of your account.

• Poo-free paradise operates all year around and will show up when weather conditions are safe.

• If we are unable to provide service due to unsafe conditions we will inform you and perform service at your next visit, you will still be charged for the full month/amount. This is because there is just as much pet waste and more time spent on each yard.

• If Poo-free paradise is unable to gain access to your yard because the gate has been locked or we do not have an access gate code for the gated community you will be charged for the cleaning, however we will provide service at your next visit. The technician will knock at the door and make attempts to call you before skipping your yard that day. You will be notified via the customer portal as well.

• Poo-free paradise loves working with dogs! Our technicians have no issues working with your dog in the yard. If it is evident that your dog is aggressive, or will not let us clean the yard we will make attempts to contact you by knocking on the door, calling, and updating your online portal. If we are unable to clean due to a dangerous dog you will be charged for the visit, we will perform service at your next visit.

• Poo-free paradise has no contracts and customers can cancel/pause at anytime for any reason within 48 hour notice due to scheduling. Customers can update their subscription plan through the customer portal.

• Customers that pause services for many months could be charged an additional fee if there is an excess amount of waste in the yard. After the first clean up, the payment will return to the initial monthly subscription.
