We have a client portal where it is easy to process payment. The process to sign up is very simple and takes a few minutes. Inside the portal account you will have access to copies of all paid invoices and records of past and scheduled services. You can link your credit/debit card to the secured platform. After you link your card, we will generate the pay invoices on your behalf and send you receipts.

Yes. Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. Also, if payment is not received before your first clean up of the month, you will be removed from the service scheduled until payment is processed.

We are unable to provide a timeframe for your clean up. Due to keeping our rates low for you. Our routes run from 7:30 a.m. to dark. We work just like garbage men and provide a service day. We do provide a notice via text when we are on our way. We provide a 60 minute window to let you know when we will be arriving. If your service ever changes, we will always communicate with you in advanced.

No, you do not have to be home when we clean. We only ask for easy access to your gate. Also, if you live in a gated community, we would need an access code to get it. If our employee is unable to get in, we will let you know if there is a problem. If there is no response then we would unfortunately not be able to do the clean up that day.

Yes! Safety is our top priority. We disinfect all of our equipment and shoes with a kennel grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. It is important to us that everyone is healthy.

Yes, we take the waste with us. We dispose it in a very clean and safe way.
